These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Apexor website, platform, software tools and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apexor, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Apexor on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About Apexor
Apexor is a software-as-a-service platform that enables customers to create, configure, operate and manage applications and related digital experiences.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and all activity performed through your account.
4. Client Responsibilities
Customers who create or operate applications through Apexor are independently responsible for their applications, content, products, services, business activities, end users and compliance obligations. Apexor provides technology infrastructure and is not the seller, merchant, service provider or contracting party in transactions between a customer and the end users of that customer's application.
5. Subscriptions
Access to certain Apexor functionality may require a paid subscription. Available plans, billing periods, included functionality and applicable limits are displayed before purchase.
6. Payments and Taxes
Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, charges and payment obligations associated with their subscription and business activity.
7. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of content they upload or create through Apexor. Customers grant Apexor the limited rights required to host, process, display and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Acceptable Use
Apexor may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity, including malware distribution, unauthorized access, intellectual property infringement or the sale of prohibited goods and services.
9. Intellectual Property
The Apexor platform, software, interfaces, branding, documentation and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the provider of Apexor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Service Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical incidents, third-party services and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access.
11. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where required for security, non-payment, legal compliance or material violation of these Terms. Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the applicable billing conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apexor is not responsible for customer applications, customer content, transactions with end users, indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions made using the platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements or business practices change. The updated version and its effective date will be published on this page.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified for the legal entity providing Apexor, subject to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
15. Contact
